Ruald Rheeder is a local that designs for YDE (Young Designers Emporium). For Winter 2011 he has designed a collection of relaxed but trendy pieces for Scorpio including a sheer silver suit retailing under R2000. I'm told his clothing label has been doing remarkably well, even local celebrities like Janez Vermeiren and Cameron van den Berg wear Scorpio. You can catch this collection in YDE outlets nationwide.
