Janez Vermeiren was a successful Cape Town based model. Then came Top Billing, a popular variety show on travel, decor and the glitzy on-goings of our country. They decided to include two male models in a segment of DIY, of which one was Janez. His popularity catapulted, naturally and after a year of working as one of the presenters (which oddly enough were all ex-models or Miss/Mr South Africa pageanteers) he got his own show, a spin-off called Top Travel.
Apart from Modelling and presenting Janez also runs his own agency called Full Circle model management here in Cape Town, and is said to buy and renovate apartments during winter months. He was also chosen as one of the faces for Woolworths last year (and continues to grace the cardboard cover of their underwear).
I see him at the gym all the time and that man works hard for this body, which no doubt I give him kudos for.
p.s I want his job.
